All Purchases Are Subject To The Following Terms

Turn around time (TAT) is 14-21 business days on all products unless stated otherwise. Turn Around Time (TAT) does not include weekends, holidays, or owners vacation days.  If the item is a one of a kind bleached or tie-dyed shirt or a popular item, it can take a few days longer to process before pick up is available and/or the item to be shipped.

No exchanges or returns are accepted on orders from June Bug Boutique & Design. Once your order is placed we do not cancel orders so please make sure you are 100% happy with your decision before placing that order. 

Once your item has been picked up by USPS we are no longer responsible. If you believe your package is lost or at a different address, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS.

Orders are sent to the shipping address you provide while checking out. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. June Bug Boutique & Design is not responsible for packages that are non delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned, the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped out again. 

If your purchase arrives damaged defected, had a flaw or you have received an inaccurate item, please send us an email to customerservice@shopjunebug.com within 3 days to discuss the issue.

If you need an item by a certain time, please email us at orders@shopjunebug.com before placing the order to ensure we can create and deliver that item within the time you're needing it ready for pick up/shipped.
